Our team spent five years building pricing and leasing systems for one of the largest single-family rental companies in the US, managing over 15,000 homes. We saw firsthand how much listing photo quality affects occupancy and rent.
When we listed our own properties on Airbnb, we couldn't justify $200 for a photographer. So we used phone photos. The listings sat for weeks.
